Where do you purchase your ingredients from?  Are they natural based? I use local retailers that market natural and pure based ingredients as well as some online wholesalers whom I trust.

What is your average turnaround time? I aim for 3-5 business days. If a product is on BACKORDER, please allow 7-14 business days for production and shipment.

I have nut  allergies and sensitive skin. Are your products safe? Please note that the ingredients in these products may contain nuts and fruits extract, essential oils, butters, waxes and other all natural ingredients that may or may not cause an allergic reaction. Will you sell my information? JoLei Hair Oil and Products will never give out your personal information to any 3rd party. All information given is safe and secure.

How do you ship? I currently use USPS domestic shipping with a flat rate charge for all orders. This can differ depending on the weight of the complete package, not order.
